Pink-Striped T's Nails

A friend of mine, "T" came over to get her nails done for a Halloween party.  Her witch outfit was pink and black striped with some frillies, so we decided on this design....

Did I mention they GLOW IN THE DARK?

WE started with two coats of a hot pink Cosmo polish that has no name, then two coats of a no-name glow in teh dark polish from Claire's.  The black stripes were done with Kiss Nail Art Paint.  The black blocks out some of the glow, so they glow stripes!  Hope "T" had fun at her party!!  :D
